An Introduction to the Craft and Art of Digital Photography
         

            This workshop will cover the camera's auto settings: Aperture Priority, Shutter Speed Priority, Auto White Balance, Auto ISO, File Format, File Size etc. to help you take the best auto pictures possible
           
            We will then cover how to use the camera’s manual settings and functions: Aperture, Shutter Speeds, ISO and how to grow and go from taking auto pictures to creating high quality photographs.

            We will cover how to determine the correct exposure, critical in digital photography, by using a simple, inexpensive and easy to use tool and the metering system in your camera.

            We will discuss why it is so important to slow down, look at and see the world that surrounds us.  Then use your camera, the amazing tool that it is, and with an understanding of the principles of design and art create a work of art.

            We will briefly discuss Photoshop Organizer, which is excellent for image storage / management and Photoshop Elements for post production enhancement.
